Which supposes to set up, in-house training through our Wine School, as well as external training according to each employee need or aspirations. We have developed competency frameworks for every job. In addition, an internal job portal allows employees to evolve in their careers, or even change paths, while remaining at the company.
IMPROVING THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
We intend to reduce noise pollution and vibration, improve access to daylight and ensure quality of lighting, and to limit the carrying of loads to the strict minimum. We prevent health and safety risks, with a rate of absenteeism due to workplace accidents at less than 1%. This logic applies to workstations, as well as all areas of the company: we protect the health of our employees by removing all synthetic pesticides from our green spaces.
BEING FAIR BY MAKING OUR ROLES MORE INCLUSIVE, EQUAL AND SUSTAINABLE.
We have implemented a strategy to ensure older employees have access to and stay in employment: 100% of older employees stay in the business until full retirement age, whenever is possible. This strategy also includes a policy to prepare and support employees to future retirement, as well as a collective pension plan topped up by the company. Equality might not be here yet, but we are getting closer: having more and more women in managerial position every year.
